Tomato Jam

Making its first recorded appearance in the United States in 1840, some folks still don't know about this wonderful tomato filled sweet and slightly spiced jam. We love to eat ours as a snack with a little cream cheese and crackers but feel free to get crazy! Use it as the "T" in a BLT, add a little to your bowl of white beans, have some on the side with your eggs and bacon, or toss it with avocado for a quick relish. 

Ingredients: tomato, cane sugar, hot pepper, white vinegar, lime juice, ginger, sea salt. 8 oz
