American Spoon Sour Cherry Preserves

Packed with soft and slow-cooked Michigan Montmorency cherries, our April featured jam, Sour Cherry Preserves from our friends at American Spoon, is a bright and beautiful celebration of one of our favorite stone fruits. These tart, slightly floral cherries are picked only miles from American Spoon’s jam kitchen and slowly cooked with just a bit of sugar and lemon to create this ruby-red jam that’s equally as stunning to see or taste. 

We love it spooned onto vanilla ice cream or yogurt, served alongside crackers & soft brie, or spread onto thick-cut toast with our curated AB&J and PB&J pairings, Fiji Ginger Almond Butter or Peanut Pecan Butter with Wildflower Honey, respectively.
