Strawberry Rhubarb - Mini Jam

Strawberry Rhubarb's first of the season rhubarb and strawberries is the perfect match for rich, buttery cheeses. Think camembert, robiola, epoisses and fresh ricotta. Because strawberries have very little natural pectin, this jam is not as thick as some of our other flavors. We do use a bit of natural fruit pectin on occasion to help us achieve just the right texture.
