Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

A summer classic, handmade in small batches with just the right balance of sweet strawberries and fresh, tart rhubarb. The appearance of rhubarb and strawberries in the garden or at a farmers' market reminds us of the new season hurriedly approaching, full of the flavors of spring after a long winter's sleep. We make all of our fruit jams with whole, locally sourced fruits using classic 1940s recipes.
