Roast Garlic Jam is a great condiment for hot and cold red meat and cheeses. It also works brilliantly with roasted root vegetables. For a great heavy recipe, after thickening the juices from your roasted meat with some corn flour try stirring in a generous spoonful of roast garlic jam.

The UK's supply of sunflower oil has been affected due to the war in Ukraine. Food Standards Agency (FSA) have advised sunflower oil can be substituted with other refined oils, including rapeseed oil, without changing labels due to urgency with supply. We are currently in the process of updating our packaging, however some products which usually contain sunflower oil may now also contain refined rapeseed oil.
